Canadians: What's the cheapest way to rent a car in your country?

I can rent a full size car in the US for less than $30 a day including everything. Just wondering if you have any tips. I'm in the GTA right now.
 
Priceline would be my first guess because the rental prices here are pretty atrocious, especially on weekdays.

The other thing you should look at is a weekly rate - typically cheaper than 3 days at the 'regular' rate.
