NCIX has some decent sale prices until May 26th.

Of greatest note is Kingston HyperX PC3200 512MB (or a matched pair of 256MB) for $169 + $10 shipping. Maybe not amazing... but the best Canadian ram price I can find ATM (for HyperX) anyway.
