Second Amendment doesn't mean shit. He was in Canada. He violated Canadian laws. He also lied while in the commission of a felony upon requesting entry to a foreign county.

3 years? No. Charges dropped entirely? Hell no.

The 2nd Amendment shouldn't be attacked though. 3 Years is way too much and the charges should be dropped. If they try for 3 years then they could end up losing visitors.

You answered nothing. He violated Canadian law and lied at the border about being armed with a concealed weapon. The Constitution is irrelevant as he was in another country.

I ask again. Why should he be immune from prosecution for lying about having a concealed weapon? Don't parrot the same statement. Actually address the points.

I own guns, I support the second amendment, I wish we had something in Canada protecting our rights to property, and I still don't want fucktards like this visiting Canada. They can keep their attitude and the 152 bucks they were gonna spend to stay at Motel 6 and eat McDonalds.

Also, he won't get 3 years. They'll plead him out with a big fine and a deportation order.
