Canadians did something right.

Quebec has a shitload of microbreweries, many of which produce excellent beer... Unibroue is more of a mid-volume brewer though. Either way, I also like their Blanche de Chambly during the summer... White beer, yum!

Unibroue appears to be Canada version of Dogfish.

try the Du Monde, its great... you'll like the white ale characteristics (spicy overtones, high alcohol)

I'vre tried nearly all of them at least once. They're available in almost all depanneurs in Quebec (these are roughly equivalent to convenience stores in the 'States). I love Quebec, it's the only place in North America that you can get good beer at any corner store 😀
