PayPal doesn't allow you to add funds to your account because your bank is in Canada. Or any other way for that matter. So unless someone sends your money, your account will be empty and you will not be able to use the PayPal card. Well i just accidently found a way. Create a second PayPal account and send some money there - it will be taken from your credit card. Then login with the other account and deny the payment. The money will return to your account and you will not be charged a cent for the transaction. Pretty cool, eh? I'm so damn happy, now i have a credit card that i can actually use!
