BS.... I have orderred a lot from them (>$35K in the last 6 months) including hard drives and have not had a single problem. Their packing is thin, but tight so it's ok.

wow...that's alot of $$$ for computer stuff. you must have many super-duper rigs. and drive a nice car. 😉
 
Wizkid is right, ncix does package well. And unfortunatly he doesnt keep any of the systems he buys....the jerk. 😉

They must have improved since I bought from them last year, because the packing was awful.
