Canadian hardware e-tailers

Basically, I was wondering which online canadian shops are decent to shop at for computer hardware.
My friend in Ontario is in the market for a cheap system build, and the only site I know of is ncix.com, so I could use a few good comparison sites if you know of any. Thanks!
