Canada Post - address changes

Since I'll be moving into a dorm in september.. how can I get all my mail to be forwarded to my new address? Do I have to tell each individual company that I'm changing my address?

or can I get Canada Post to forward it all until I make the change with everyone?

Eventually let them all know but you can let canada post know in the meantime.
