Can you use networksolutions.com to manage a website registered at a 3rd party?

I've always registered my domains at networksolutions, but all these other website look so cheap like joker.com and the like. If I register my domain at a company other than networksolutions, can I still manage the website from networksolutions? Like the DNS servers, administrative contact info, etc? Thanks.
