Can you use linksys game bridges, on a pc,

From what I understand of those items, they will work just fine with a standard PC. They are just marketed as XBOX items to help them sell. Anyone have any experience with these? I was thinking about picking one up myself.
 
Yea, they work great for anything. I have two that I use between here and work. Here I use them on my ReplayTV and XBox.
