Can You Use An E6 4000+ On An MSI Neo -4?

Building a "budget" system for my younger daughter.
Got a rev 3 Neo4

Newegg has a sandiego 4000 for $69

The writing on CPU pic shows its a "CF" or E6

MSI website says 4000 san diego O.K. for E4 - nothing on E6
