Can you use an Access DB with some ASP at 1and1

I know lots of people signed up. I got a friend that has a site with an Access DB that is used by some asp code. Can this be used at 1and1??

They do have a Windows service now. But my bet is you're gonna be paying extra for it.

yeah, 1and1 is great as a free service, but i dont see myself paying for it unless they make some big changes.

well maybe someone here can help me out.

My friend wants to have a process system where people can be added to his mail list. So he needs a script that will add an email address to a text file. Anyone have any experience with this?

I am really not familiar with perl. And don't really want to add a whole MySQL Db for this.
