Can you use a Dell AC adapter for an HP?

I left my AC adapter in the office. I drove back but the security guard was too busy sitting in her Jeep to open the door for me, even after I drove by her and stared 4 times.

It's really damn hard to find the voltage that these laptops are supposed to use. It's not a spec that is usually given. I know the Dell's output voltage is 19.5v 3.43a (which may be too low), but I find varying voltages for the HP from 18v-12v. Does anyone have this laptop and can check what voltage the HP adapter puts out?

These laptops all use the same adapter:
