Can you unban Vehementi

Hey mods, my friend Vehementi was given a vacation a long time ago for posting a link to a irc chat room. He didnt know this was against the rules and that still isnt an excuse but if he was unbanned he agrees not to do this again. will you unban him please.

for some reason when I tried to pm him it would not work. Nor will it work for me when I try to pm anyone. It just loads the page and then the pm screen never pops up. I have tried to pm on 2 computers with opera and IE and it still wont work unless I look at their profile and click the send pm button.

Do you have any popup blockers enabled?
