I'm just wondering how good or bad peoples flexibility is around here.

I can do it. I'm 19 5"10 165lbs.

I asked my little bro whos 8 he can do it.

I asked my parents both can do it and thought that was pretty impressive. My dads 45 and my mums 46.

Yeah I just asked them to try and they did.

No I can't lick my elbow. But I can hyper extend so it bends backwards though. I'll try and get a pic of my arm hyper extended.

I can put one leg, or the other, but not both at the same time, behind my head. That's about the extent of my flexibility.

Easily, standing up or sitting down. I'm 6'1" and about 185lbs. I used to be able to put my leg behind my head while standing up. I did that once as a kid and then my brother kicked me over.... ouch.
