http://www.colorcases.com/cases/0905.htm

I found this case on colorcases.com. I liked the looks of the case, and i noticed that it had 7 80mm fan slots...and only 50 bucks.

I was hoping that someone could tell me what kind of case it is. Currently I'm leaning toward the Antec 1040B, but if this is a good case, i might go for this one.

I plan to strategically place computer hardware inside of it...maybe a little overclocking as well....

Looks like something Dell, Gateway, or Micron would use :)

Pretty decent case for a generic brand. But that's $50 without a powersupply or any fans. I got 2 Enermax 1030 (Antec 1030 look-alikes) with a 330W Enermax PS and 3 Enermax 80mm fans in each. Just paid $5 per additional Sunon 80mm and that finished the case. Came out to about $105 per case.

It looks identical to a black Icute 627SL. Not bad for a generic case, but nothing too special. You can mount a heck of a lot of fans in this case though

Good case for $50 (doesn't include power supply)

However, you can get the Antec SX600 case for $36 without power supply...

Ahhh! It's my case. :p. I bought this exact case at a local computer fair for $65 but came with a L&C 350w AMD approved psu though. They also had the beige case with the same psu for $55 and a 300w amd approved psu with this case for $45. So if you don't care much for the black, you might be able to find this case for a bit cheaper, maybe $35-$40? I like black so I shelled out 10 more bucks for it. I got this case because it had 10 bays and lots of fan slots. I needed a lot of bays since I plan to use a raid configuration in the future. I suggest that if you get this case, you get quiet fans or some fan control device. With so many fans in one case, it can get loud. I got quiet panaflo fans for all of the 7 fan slots so noise didn't become an issue. Replacing a 3 fan slot case, my cpu temperature dropped a good 10-12 degrees celcius. Also, the 4 fans in the front of the case should work really well to cool hard drives as well. The interior is pretty big and has good construction. This is a great generic case (it says it's ATC brand but I only heard of coolermaster atc aluminum cases). The exterior is a dell case rip off except for the 2 extra 5.25 bays but I don't mind. Last thing, there's a green led behind the power button which is kind of cool. Another thing if you plan to get this case, you should buy fan filters. With 5 intake fans, lots of dust can accumulate in this case.

Forgot to mention the two usb ports in the front of the case. The case comes with a square plastic cover for the usb ports if you don't plan to use them and want to cover them up.

Should i stick with the Antec 1040B? In my opinion (and lots of others that i've read around the boards), the antec stands for quality...so i know i'd be getting a great case.
