Can you tell a HP refurb printer from serial no ?

I just got a new HP 2175 in exchange for my broken (still in warranty) HP 2170.
HP customer service said that I might or might not get a refurb unit.
I've check the new unit and it does not say refurb anywhere on the printer itself.
Even the serial looks normal.

I'm just curious, is there anyway to make sure if this is a refurb or not ?
Maybe by serial or sticker somewhere hidden ?
Maybe someone with a refurb HP can give me a hint ?
