Can you switch between NTSC and PAL on the Radeon 64MB VIVO Retail?

The card is to expensive where I'm at so I'm gona order it online, thing is that I'm looking for PAL, and I've seen NTSC all over...

Can I switch to PAL mode if I order it from i.e. the US??

don't have that particular card myself but usually the option to use PAL or NTSC is available under advanced settings in display properties!
