dropped 45 pounds since August of '02 by using a low-key carb diet. Did the induction, then slowly built up to the level I'm at over time. Right now I am at approx. 50 carbs/day, and am still dropping 2-3 pounds per month.
Have you guys ever had your thyroid function checked by a doctor ? Depleting carbs for such a long
period of time (almost 1 year??) will surpress it...I'd have it checked. Thats why I never go too low on
carbs...
