Can you suggest a cheap quiet 120 mm fan?

My 120 mm fan is noisy and I would like to replace it. I do not need a fancy fan. Any inexpensive quiet fan will be enough. What would you suggest?

I have a basic system with a core i3 3225 and an HD 6670.

I just picked up a couple king wins at micro center for $5 each. Can barely hear them. ~21 Db is the rated volume.

Anything under 20db is supposedly silent. You tried blowing the dust out of your fan already?

The cheapest way to get an actually quiet 120mm fan is probably to just buy a cheap 1200-1500RPM fan and downvolt it with an adapter cable - unless you can find a Scythe Glide Stream 500RPM or 800RPM.
