It seems like the News makes so many mistakes these days and it seems to be getting worse not better can the average person sue them cause there were mislead.

For big things like Dan Rather with the CBS story or small stuff like the news said 50,000 was stolen when only 5000 was stolen. If you really want to catch the news with mistakes watch two diffrent news statsion say one at 10 oclock and one at 11 oclock and they report on the same story with diffrent facts. Well they cant both be wrong so can u sue the one that was wrong to make the do a better job of reporting the news?
 
Can you sue all the idiots that sue everyone else because the idiots don't like what everyone else has to say?

you only have freedom of speach if it is true i think. if it is a lie well then u should be able to sue, i dont even want the money i would like them to do a more accurate job when the report the news
