Can you still set cpu priority for RC5?

In the older clients, there's an option to set the cpu usage priority. Is there a way to do this in the newer client?

Yep. "3) Performance related options" then to "3) priority level to run at"

The higher the number, the greater the priority (I don't know windows priority codes by heart....)

Just don't go overboard with the settings. For the keyrate increase you might get, you'll probably lose any sort of quick responsiveness out of Windows.
