Can you still change the startup Windows logo in WinME?

I know you can change the startup/shutdown screens in Win9x, but is it still possible in ME? How do you go about doing it? TIA
 
should be the same as win9x.

i forget where the file is, its either:

C:\Logo.sys, or C:\WINDOWS\Logo.sys

IIRC, the file you use has to be a 320x240 BMP. (windows doubles the res or something, might be wrong on that though..)
