Can you still ask for non credit card paypal on ebay?

is it still allowed? I remember seeing something awhile ago, where it is now not allowed, but I'm not sure.

Nope if you accept PayPal you have to accept all forms.

As of 8/19/2005 you can no longer specify non-cc Paypal.
