Can you still access my server?

Something has definitely been up with my computer, in the past 11 hours 11.6gigs have been uploaded, all while NOT connected to any file sharing programs. So I installed ZoneAlarm...is my IIS server still accessable? here's some files...

I just updated my definitions and scanned yesterday, nothing was found. I'm assuming ZoneAlarm is blocking my server...I guess I'll have to try to stop it from doing so eh?

Ok I tried updating the permissions to let IIS through...
