Probably, or if you happen to run a webserver and can run perl/php/asp, just write a script that redirects to a random site, and set that script to your homepage.

playing off of that idea you could probably do it with a javascript and just have a html file on your HD set to the homepage, it could than just pull one off a list at random and redirect you
