Can you screen capture a movie in media player?

Using print screen doesnt work. The video comes up blank. I tried another program too, but that didn't work. I guess i could edit the movie and take one frame.
 
Depends on your video card mainly.

If you're watching MPEG-2, and you have a card that will do MPEG-2 acceleration, then you won't be able to get the video. Try going into the Display Properties and turning the acceleration slider all the way down. (Just a thought.)
