Can you run 640x480 in Windows XP???

I need to run this resolution so that I can use my Tv-out on my Geforce 2. 800x600 doesn't fit the screen right at all for most TV's but 640 does and XP won't let you choose 640, it's not even there. Oh btw I'm using the latest 21.83 XP detonator drivers as well but have tried it with older drivers which let me choose 640x480 before under windows ME but not in XP.
Anybody have any ideas?

In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.

Click the Advanced button.

Click the Adapter tab, and then click the List all modes button.

Select the resolution, color depth, and refresh rate that you want and click OK.
