My logitech MX700 mouse just failed on me and logitech has been wonderful during the RMA process - they're shipping a replacement and suggested that I destroy my broken mouse.. Since this mouse has a 5 year warranty (I've had it for a year) does this now mean that I have 4 years left on my warranty or does the new replacement mouse have it's full 5 year warranty? Also, if the replacement does fail in say 2 years, will they honor the warranty or is there a limit put on replacements? I don't plan on abusing this but am just a bit curious...

I've heard of people RMAing their RMAed Logitech Z560s. Not sure about the warranty period, but I THINK it's from the date you bought the original.

Also, Logitech has the SWEETEST warranty I've ever seen. Awesome service...brand new set of Z560s in my hands within 2 weeks, shipped at Logitech's expense.

Your 5 year warranty usually starts when you contact them about your problemo. You do not get a new warranty for each replacement you recieve.

Makes sense and is fair.. Cool, it's awesome to have a company back up their products for such a long time..
