Can you RMA a Tbird?

I had an Athlon 1.13 that is not working anymore. I was using it for about a week solid (not overclocked - never has been, and it just died.

This is a retail box Athlon, and any guidance in approaching AMD would definitely be appreciated.

If it's only a week old...can't you return it to the vendor that sold it to you...if not..then ya, AMD will rma it.

Bought it from the a**holes at Fry's in Houston a few weeks ago.. It sat around in its little shrinkwrapped box until I was ready for it - Now she is no more.
