Can you remind me how to flash A8N-SLI Deluxe bios

Can someone remind me how to flash my A8N-SLI bios? I haven't messed with it in about 2 years. I can't remember how to flash the bios, but I am having some real problems with this computer not booting up. I have to restart it about 10 times to get all the way into windows. I vaguely remember having to make a floppy to flash the bios, but I don't still have it.

Funny, someone asked a similar question right before me. I have flashed this bios several times in the past but It has been almost 3 years so I can't remember quite how and asus' website is a little unclear on which utility to download.

I just "bumped" my post about the AWARD flash procedure, so I hope this helps you too.

But try to find the cause of instability first, or you might kill the MB.

If the computer was working properly, and now it doesn't boot, BIOS update will not fix the problem. Figure out the reasons for the boot issues first. Updating BIOS on an unstable machine will not work - if it doesn't boot, it won't boot to DOS either.
