Can you remember this? - Dos

I can't remember the name of a game that I have played before even though nostalgic wind blew strong. It's a side-scrolling platform dos game where in order to play you have to enter the line of "item combination" that being requested correctly(lookup from manual). It is beautifully colored(with bright color like

) and have the ability to releash tornado as weapon at the like 4th chapther of the game.

I believe he didn't mean that charlie game was the game he was thinking of, but he was using it as an example of a brightly colored dos game...
