can you reinstall min me over existing one like win 98

I was wondering if it is possible to reinstall windows me without losing all of your existing setup.I know with win 98 you can reinstall over existing without having to totally install from scratch.My power management is messing up my settings for overclocking my video card and i think something may be messed up in the registry.Thanks alot for any help.
 
Yeah, you can do that--I advise you to go ahead and do a refomat and install of the OS though. If the registry is messed up like you think it is--I'm not too sure that installing Me over itself will fix things properly (if at all).

c:\windows\options\install\setup.exe (it could also be in the cabs folder)
