Can you refinance a car loan that was originated from the dealership?

Is it possible to refi a car loan thru the dealership lender? In my case, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.....

the 0.7% is probably an incentive on certain cars, they aren't going to let you have it without buying the car it is intended to incent people to buy
