can you recommend a good .net web template site?

I have visual studio 2005 (thanks MSDN) and want to begin developing a web app. But, I don't want to get bogged down designing a UI.

I don't mind paying a little for a pre-built site, but i don't know where to go.

i searched google for .net web template, but all i get are template sites in the .net domain that aren't .net.

anyone have a favorite site out ther?
