Can you really grow taller after puberty?

This website claims by doing the things it recommends, you can grow at any age.

I do not know if this is close to being right or not. I do agree that people do not grow uniformly and that people have different patterns.

Many people see a growth spurt much later than puberty. Whether you can cause this to happen, I have no idea.

My dad had a buddy that joined the army and grew like 4 inches. He said he could hardy recognize him.

Well, their instructions about lengthening your spine are somewhat true. From what I recall, your spine does compress a little during the day and decompress at night, so you are a smidge taller in the morning than at night, but not substantially so. Their exercises suggest you can make this a more extreme change, and permanent, which I sincerely doubt.

I'm 6'9", and I grew until I was around 19 or 20... much later than when puberty was over.

<-- Asian, puberty at 15 year old and was the same height as my dad 5'3"-5'4", 5'7" at grade 12 grad, and stop growing at 22 year old at 5'11"

I don't know what causes the late grow spurt, but I did play sports and drink lots of milk.

My GF hasn't grown vertically since 16 year old and she is standing at 5'0".

IMHO, height & growing period varies from person to person genetically, and diet may have a small contribution to the pattern.
