Can you re-program this simple Bluetooth Windows Gadget?

Can you program an on/off Bluetooth switch into this Windows gadget? The send and receive button works great to trigger the Windows Bluetooth UI, but it will be even better if the Bluetooth icon space can be used to toggle Bluetooth on/off. I have been unsuccessful for a few days to try and find the right code to put in. If you know the code for this for either Windows Gadget or you can translate it into Rainmeter please do share!

This is for private use only and I haven't been able to contact the original developer through email (their site is down).
