Can you raise v-core higher than BIOS lets you?

I can only raise it to 1.75 in my BIOS.

I am still running at 33 degrees idle and 37-40 running hard with it set at 1.75.

Is there a way to raise it higher or would it ruin my motherboard

Unless you've got a great cooling solution, I wouldn't recommend going higher than 1.75V. If you're trying to OC higher, you've probably just reached your chip's limits. Adding extra voltage won't help much.
