1) no you can't

and:

2) It already has a Blue Orb on it... It is a shrunk version of it (and is worse), but it does it's job

The Kyro2 runs fine without any fan. Dropping the money on a BLORB for it is a complete waste, the core doesn't have heat issues limiting its OC ability like the nV/3dfx/ATi chips do.

Ben, you obviously don't read well:

The Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 (Kyro II) already has its own Blorb. So if you buy a blorb, what are you going ot do with it? Stick it in your brain to keep that cool? Don't want your brain to overheat while taking a math test (or any test for that matter), that'd result in a bad grade.

I wouldn't call that thing the 4500 has a BLORB, nowhere near as god at cooling as the real deal(although it doesn't rob a PCI slot from you either). Some of the ProphetIII users here have taken off the mini blorb that comes with their board and replaced it with a real BLORB and were able to clock the chips quite a bit higher:)

That seems to fit your description of the "blorb" on the Kyro II. A shrunk and worse version. But hey, it keeps it cooler than normal.

:) :) I think you need new glasses!

b]Text[/b]TextYou could put Thermaltake heat sinks on the cards memory chips that would also help in proformance.... The heat sink fan combo on the card is wacked check out the blue orb or a gold rpm 5000 air volume or cfm 12 to 20 one for the rockmount servers at thermaltake site all you have to do for the gold one to fit is to take off the clip and put artic silver on as well put in on the heatsinks as well to give you the best cooling....

You aren't going to be OCing it much anyway unless you stick a resistor on it. Any additional cooling is wasted as the cooler it has is more than sufficient.
