Can you post e-bay feedback on an item you haven't bought?

If someone you have never traded with has totally wrong info in their item description, is there any way to post comments on this?
 
You can email the seller to let them know their mistake, and email eBay to point out the problem. If it's not a private auction, you should be able to email the highest bidder to let them know, but I'd be very cautious about stepping in between a buyer and a seller. You better be 100% absolutely certain. I mean, certain to the point of absurdity - like somebody selling their 1960 receiver that also has factory DTS-neo.
