i just ordered the gc69 fan from svc as a temp until xmas when i can get smartfan2 & slk800

i just got the MSI K7N2G-ILSR

and in the manual it says DO NOT HOOK UP any high speed CPU cooling fans like Taisol CGK760092, Vantec CCK-6035D, GlobalWin WBK38 because they draw so much power that it could damage the motherboard. Use a 3-4 Pin connector that came with the fan.

do u all plug ur cpu fans u buy into the mobo or use 3-4 pin adapter (does not come with GC69) and plug it into psu?

how much power does the amd fan draw.....

the GC69 i got draws (according to svc):
Rated Voltage: 12 V
Current Draw: 0.17 A
Noise Level: 28.3 dBA
Power Consumption: 2.00 W

will hookin this up to mobo blow it out? thanks
