can you paint a lian li case?

i just got a pc61 lian li case and i wanted to paint it red. Can i do this? Can i paint ontop of the aluminum? thanks for the help.

Why would you want to paint a lian li case? You paid so much for it for the aluminum, why would you want to cover it up?

Maybe he likes the weight/design of the lianli but doesnt like the color. Im still going to ask WHY though. :)

If you really want to do it, have it re-anodized or powder coated. It will look awesome, but it won't be cheap. If you try to just paint it, it will probably look kinda crappy.

I say let the guy do what he wants. Sand it and prime it first. But Why buy a lian li and paint it?

Or just have it painted professionaly by a reputable auto shop...candy apple red with chrome highlights and trim comes to mind.

How about re-laquering it?. Using a clear red laquer you would have the colour you want as well as preserving the brushed finish, I`m sure that they are availble for use on aluminium
