Hey guys i have a laptop with a ATI 4650 and I am wondering how I get the overclock function to appear in the ATI control panel. I tried looking for a utility or a registry hack and am even more confused.
 
It is generally recommended because of the thermal limits of a laptop that you do NOT over clock unless you are POSITIVE you have the headroom to OC.
