Can you operate a standard shift transmission properly while drunk

Once you learn how to do it, it's hard not to. People can ride bikes while drunk, so if they have the ability to keep from falling off a bike, they can probably operate a stick shift.

I haven't tried it, as I don't drink, but I know of people who can.

The stick shift is no problem. The clutch on the other hand...that's a different story.

Yes. Steering is harder when trashed. It helps if you cover one eye with a hand.

Is this thread politically correct?

I use to do it all the time until five years and six months ago when my luck ran out. :(

i was just wondering b/c if your really drunk than you can barely walk. You can get in an automatic car and cruise on, but if you cant walk than how can you proplerly use the clutch?
