I usually build my own computers, but I got a very good deal on this dell.
If I get this pc, this will be my only AM2 system so I can't switch out the cpu and put in any other PC. Usually when I get a good deal on pre built I move all the new stuff to my custom builds PC and use the prebuilt as a HTPC.

I got a 7900GS I can put in the PC, so I will use it for gaming if can. The main reason I might want to OC is that when Supreme Commander comes out I'm going to need all the power I can get.

you will be able to OC the video card without a problem, and i suppose you could use clockgen to an extent for the processor.
 
Overclock the video card with Rivatuner or Coolbits, and overclock the CPU with Clockgen.
