Can you no longer pay a user via Amazon webpay?

Did they give up on competing with paypal? I was going to buy something off a user and didn't see an email pay option.

When they asked for my SSN I tossed Amazon aside as a payment processor.
It really pisses me off that they are discontinuing Unbox too. None of you know what this Amazon service is but it's frustrating to see it go.

I think they announced the discontinuation some time last year, guess it's kicked in.

I hate when companies like Amazon and Google do such a poor job of alerting or reminding users when they discontinue a feature or service. For instance, you can no longer use Google Wallet to buy digital goods.

I can't believe paypal is the only viable option. Hopefully google wallet catches on and creates some real competition
