That one time the baby or toddler recoiled from him, and Trump didn't try to eat the baby. It was unusually civil.

Eh, he was always what he is now. Accounts from those that were in the same military academy class in his teens, that dude that wrote the Art of the Deal, the New York tabloid and society media that has known him very well for decades--all go back to his younger years and on and describe him as an incurious, unread, idiotic, narcissist goon. It seems he really is stuck at whatever cognitive stage of development that he achieved around ~16 or 18. ...that isn't hyperbole. He is literally that fucking stupid and useless.

Honest answer, his most convincing honesty and decency was in the "town hall" style debate with Hillary. At the end they asked each candidate to describe a quality in the other. Hillary bombed it and sounded awful trying to say something about Trump's kids. Trump on the other hand had one of his most sincere moments of humility talking about Hillary's fight and strength. That was one of the few times in the entire campaign process he actually seemed human.

Yeah that was a fuck up by her. We had the reverse situation here in on of our debates in CT where the GOP candidate could only manage to compliment the opponent's kids. I was like "really? you can't say even one nice thing about the filthy liberal?"

I do feel bad for Hillary in this instance though because we are talking about complimenting Donald Fucking Trump, a guy who would poach his friends' wives for sport.
