have a different beginning for each episode? For example, in the simpsons, bart writes something different on the blackboard and when they go to sit on the couch its different. I can think of 3 others.

When they change the beginning to a standard new one, that doesn't count.

Futurama.
And simpsons doesn't have a new one for EVERY episode. They reuse their beginnings once in a while.

It doesn't fit the criteria, but it's worth noting that Babylon 5 had a totally different opening for each season.

IIRC, the "bit" of show before the theme to malcome in the middle begins is not related to the rest of the show-so that would count. I think "that 70's show" also does a bit before their theme, but i dont watch much, so it might relate to the rest of the plot.

Kinda different, but the same at the same time.

Seinfield, always opened (and closed for that matter) with him doing standup, but the jokes were different.
