Other. I like horseradish type mustard, with Mr Mustard being my favorite. Delicious and cheap.

Mustard seeds are kinda yellowish, but the final color of the mustard depends on how it's made and what's added. The yellow "mustard" is that color because it's got turmeric added and lots of vinegar. It's the mustard for children and people who don't really like mustard, but want to pretend they do. Brown mustard is actually closer to real mustard, it's processed less and fewer things are added. The coarsely ground seeds are what gives it the speckled-brown color and the lack of extras like turmeric to hide the flavor gives it the spiciness.
