yes...that is why she is so cocky about it. When we were dropping off applications, they had to be dropped at a certain time. She knew because she was an "experienced waiter".

for every waiter making that there are 100's making less than 20k
Many assume servers make a lot more than they do. I doubt any server in a chain like TGIF/Friday's/Red Lobster is making $50k+ even as a bartender unless they are working 60+ hours a week.
